Meghan,
Nancy Berns, and elder at Ames, Iowa Trinity CRC, is a professor in Drake Univerisity's Law and Society Program in Des Moines. Perhaps you could look to her for some traction on Restorative Justice, which is a passion and a research interest of hers. She taught a class on it for adult education here last year.
