I love the Simply in Season book. The Secret Chocolate Cake, made with beets, was a big hit. The kids made it and then challenged their friends to try and identify the mystery ingredient. No one got it right! But they all ate it.

The staff at DMC (Diaconal Ministries Canada) took some time at their last staff meeting to read and reflect on the Belhar. Haven't heard of any congregations studying it, though.
